<br />Adjustment to Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Moving the Bernal Property
<br />Improvement Reserve Project from the Miscellaneous Category to the Parks Category
<br />
<br />At the City Council budget workshop of June 2, the City Council requested information regarding
<br />moving the Bernal Property Improvement Reserve project from the Miscellaneous Section to the Parks
<br />Section to better reflect that work on the Bernal property will be more closely related to "parks" projects
<br />rather than "miscellaneous" projects. As indicated at the meeting, this change would not have any
<br />impact on CIP funding or expenditures. Rather, it would be made to better reflect the actual use of this
<br />reserve. If you want to finalize this change, it can be added as an amendment to the CIP. Because the
<br />document has already been prepared and making this change would require significant modifications to
<br />the document, I recommend it be reflected in future Quarterly Financial Reports and in the Mid-Term
<br />CIP document.
