Resolution No. 03-078 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Council approves the allocation of HOME funds for Fiscal Years 2003, 2004, and <br />2005 as depicted in Table A, utilizing funds allocated by HUD for Fiscal Year <br />2003 and carry-over funds from prior fiscal years. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Council directs staff, under the authority of the City Manager, to submit the <br />required documentation for the City's HOME program for the approved projects to <br />the Alameda County Housing and Community Development (HCD) office in <br />conformance with the procedures established by the Alameda County HOME <br />Consortium. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with each <br />agency receiving Pleasanton HOME funding and to take all other necessary <br />actions to carry out the HOME program for FY 2003. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 17, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
