A.yfl' ci+ MENr 2 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> This First Amendment to Agreement for consultant services is entered into this day of <br /> 2012 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and NewPoint Group, Inc., Management <br /> Consultants, ("Contractor") <br /> Whereas, on March 6, 2012 the City and Contractor entered into a Professional Services <br /> Agreement for services related to analysis of refuse and recycling collection and processing rate <br /> analysis ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,the City intends to review its Refuse Collection Agreement with Pleasanton <br /> Garbage Service, Inc. dated May 16, 1989 and has determined that additional services are <br /> required; and <br /> Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br /> Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Contractor shall perform the work identified in Exhibit A Scope of Work on a <br /> time and material basis with a maximum contract amount of$20,000. The City <br /> will inform Contractor of the specific tasks to be completed prior to commencing <br /> work. <br /> 2.
