AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY RESOURCES <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SETTING <br /> The Downtown Specific Plan Area is located in an urbanized area. The Downtown <br /> Revitalization District is the primary commercial district Downtown. None of the land in the <br /> Downtown Specific Plan Area is zoned Agriculture.
