The Bicycle and Pedestrian Related Improvements title for CIP No. 115043 will be <br /> modified to include the words "Arroyo Mocho Trail" (both west and east sides are <br /> expected to be bid as a single project). The amount of $603,389 will be transferred into <br /> this project from CIP No. 017037. The remaining Measure B funds in CIP No. 017037 <br /> ($112,500) will be transferred into the Relocation of Valley Avenue Bicycle & Pedestrian <br /> Trail project (CIP No. 115016). The transfer from the CIP No. 017037 is requested at <br /> this time in order to conform to the use and reporting requirements for Measure B funds <br /> that have been reserved for a project for which they will no longer be used. At the time <br /> that CIP Nos. 0115043 and 115016 are awarded, additional funds will be identified for <br /> transfer/appropriation to complete the funding of the projects.
