This line will be constructed under a City contract~ <br /> <br /> 34. That a 10 ft. wide P.C.C. sidewalk shall Be installed <br /> ~ along all frontages of the subject site to the satisfaction <br /> of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 35. That the future sLree't frontage improvements along the <br /> proposed Bernal Avenue realignment (south 6f building <br /> ~4) be constructed if possible or bonded or a cash <br /> in-lieu payment be made at 'the option~of the City <br /> Engineer prior to issuance of a building pezlmit. <br /> <br /> 36.
