Location, <br />extent and design of storm drainage facilities in conformity therewith <br />to be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Street sections ahall be as indicated on Exhibit"As Tentative ,Map Tract <br />1841. <br />All street frontages of lots shall be brought to sidewalk grade and <br />all lots graded to planes necesaary for proper drainage and elimination <br />of pot holes. Grading as is required for construction of pavement, <br />curb, gutter and sidewalk. <br /> <br />Basis of reimbursement for storm drainage facilities and street improve- <br />ments installed within Minnie Street Tract 1841 to be established by the <br />City of Pleasanton. It is reco~ended that reimbursement be half of <br />street cost, based on the length of street frontage. Storm drainaxe re- <br />imbursement, as previously set on Tract 1815. Length of reimbursement time <br />not to exceed 10 years. <br /> <br />Approval of this Tentative Map as to street improvements and street <br />drainage by the Plannin~ Commission extends to general plans only. Detail <br />plans and specifications as to street improvements, grades and street <br />drainage, including sizes and types of drainage structures, shall be <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
