WORKPLAN <br /> Ten (10) CDs of the MMRP (included on Final EIR CD) <br /> Subtask 8.12—Preparation As directed by the City, FCS will prepare CEQA findings fo:-all identified <br /> of Findings and Statement potentially significant impacts associated with the Specific Plan.The Findings <br /> of Overriding of Fact will be in full compliance with Section 21081 of the Public Resources <br /> Considerations Code,which requires that to support a decision on a project for which an <br /> environmental impact report(EIR) is prepared,a lead or responsible agency <br /> must prepare written findings of fact (Findings) for each significant effect on <br /> the environment identified in the EIR. <br /> The Findings will include discussion of Project Alternatives :n accordance <br /> with Public Resources Code section 21002,which provides that"public <br /> agencies should not approve projects as proposed if there are feasible <br /> alternatives or feasible mitigation measures available which would <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effects of such projectsj.l" <br /> FCS will also prepare a corresponding draft statement of overriding <br /> considerations for review and use by the City. <br /> TASK 9—FORMAL The objective of this task is to shepherd the Draft Specific Plan throngb various City, <br /> DOCUMENT REVIEW Commissions and Council <br /> PROCESS <br /> Subtask 9.1 —Draft Plan Draft Plan to be circulated concurrently with FIR for public review and <br /> comments. <br /> Planning Team will prepare materials to present Specific Pla a to: <br /> • Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting#2 and recommendations <br /> regarding the recreational component of the overall project. <br /> • Housing Committee Meeting#2 and recommendations regarding the <br /> housing component of the overall project. <br /> • Planning Commission Meeting#4 and recommendations regarding the <br /> FIR and Specific Plan. <br /> Subtask 9.2—City Council Incorporate Commission input as appropriate, present to Ci y Council <br /> Adoption Meeting#5 for actions regarding the Specific Plan and environmental <br /> documents. <br /> PRODUCTS: <br /> Presentation Exhibits / PowerPoint <br /> Final Specific Plan and environmental documents <br /> MEETINGS <br /> Commissions 3 <br /> City Council 1 <br /> OPTIONAL TASK 10— The objective of this task is to ensure that proposed PUD's are compatible with the Specific <br /> P.U.D.
