WORKP LAN <br /> camera-ready original,and CDs in PDF format of the Final MMRP with the <br /> submittal of the Final EIR. <br /> Subtask 8.10-CEQA FCS will prepare certain CEQA-required notices in compliance with state <br /> Notices legislation and guidelines. This task includes the preparation of the Notice of <br /> Completion (NOC). <br /> Prepare the NOC in compliance with the CEQA Guidelines. <br /> Submit the NOC for City staff review and revise it based upon staff <br /> comments. <br /> FCS will file the NOC with the State Clearinghouse at the time of Draft EIR <br /> publication. <br /> FCS will prepare the Notice of Availability for both the Draft FIR and Final <br /> FIR. This includes the Notice of Availability form,as well as associated <br /> mailings and newspaper notices. <br /> We will prepare and file the Notice of Determination with the City Clerk <br /> within five business days of FIR certification. The purpose of the Notice of <br /> Determination filing is to limit the legal challenge period to 30 days. If a <br /> Notice of Determination is not filed within five business days of certification, <br /> the legal challenge period is 180 days. The Notice of Determination filing <br /> also requires payment of a filing fee and CDFG fees,which PCS assumes will <br /> be paid by the City. <br /> Subtask 8.I I - EIR Project FCS is firmly committed to developing and maintaining collaborate <br /> Management and partnership with the City. We are also committed to maintaining an excellent <br /> Coordination working relationship with the Planning Team. <br /> FCS will place top priority on working as a partner with the City and <br /> Planning Team members during the entire environmental process. We will <br /> help anticipate controversial issues, devise solutions,and provide expert <br /> environmental compliance consultation. Understanding the client's <br /> objectives and ensuring they are reflected in the environmental review and <br /> analyses are key aspects of our approach. <br /> PRODUCTS: <br /> Five paper copies and one CD of the Administrative Draft Environmental <br /> Impact Report <br /> FCS will provide the City with one bound paper copy and one CD with all <br /> appendices to be included in the Draft FIR. <br /> Thirty (30) hard copies of the Draft FIR (DFIR and append-ces on CD) <br /> Ten (10) CDs of the Draft EIR <br /> One (I) web-friendly version of the Draft EIR for posting on the City's <br /> website <br /> Twenty (20) hard copies of the Administrative Final FIR (Admin Final FIR <br /> and appendices on CD) <br /> One (1) electronic version (via email or FTP site) <br /> Thirty (30) hard copies of the Final EIR (Final EIR and appendices on CD) <br /> Ten (10) CDs of the Final FIR <br /> One (1) web-friendly version of the Final EIR for posting on the City's <br /> website <br /> Ten (10) hard copies of the MMRP (included in Final FIR submittal) <br /> GATES <br /> .ASSOCIATES <br />
