Prepare plans and images to illustrate the design Force Meetings # 9 & #10 intent of key components of the Preferred Plan and key policies which might include: • Overall community structure of the East Pleasanton community • Integration of sustainable concepts • Character and design features of various land uses • Transition between land uses • El Charro Road development as a "Complete Green Street" • Interface with adjacent uses • Treatment of storm water • Stanley Blvd. intersection • Open Space,trail and park elements Subtask 6.2 - Commission At Planning Commission Meeting#2, solicit recommendation regarding Review Draft Preferred Plan Report. Subtask 6.3 - City Council At City Council Meeting#3, solicit acceptance of Preferred Plan Report. Review PRODUCTS: Draft Preferred Plan Report Presentation materials MEETINGS: Task Force 2 City Council 1 Commission 1 TASK 7—DRAFT The objective of this task is to work closely with the Task Force to create the East SPECIFIC PLAN Pleasanton Specific Plan.
