"hbis vision <br /> will be derived from an understanding of opportunities and constraints, as well as a <br /> reflection of Pleasanton community values as it unfolds this eastern gateway into the overall <br /> city fabric. <br /> Subtask 3.1 - Project Goals Property owners present their objectives for their properties. <br /> and Objectives/Task <br /> Force Meeting#4 Facilitate discussion with Task Force to define project goals and objectives <br /> for planning vision statement. <br /> Subtask 3.2 - Draft Based upon direction by the Task Force,the Planning Team will prepare a <br /> Planning Vision draft planning vision statement. <br /> Subtask 3.3 -Community Collect imagery to illustrate possible development uses and character, this <br /> Workshop#I /Planning might include: <br /> Vision • Land use type and densities <br /> • Sustainability concepts <br /> • Streetscapes <br /> • Open space systems <br /> • Architectural mass and character <br /> At initial workshop,provide background information on the planning <br /> process and receive input from the community regarding the Task Forces's <br /> draft planning vision through exploration of visual preference imagery. <br /> Facilitate discussion of issues and opportunities which should be addressed in <br /> plans. Summarize workshop. <br /> Subtask 3.4 - Planning Task Force reviews,provides potential edits and completes draft vision <br /> Vision Statement/Task statement. <br /> Force Meeting#5 <br /> Subtask 3.5—City Council Prepare and present PowerPoint presentation including a summary of <br /> Review opportunities and constraints,Task Force and community input,and <br /> Planning Vision Statement.
