WORKPLAN <br /> • Finalize the work program,including detailed schedules and milestones. <br /> • Identify contact persons in key interest groups,stakeholders,etc. <br /> Subtask 1.2 - Background Review available background information. This will include: <br /> Review/Field • Background Report <br /> Reconnaissance • Existing environmental and technical data for the project area <br /> • information regarding on-going development projects in the nearby area <br /> • El Charro Preliminary Improvement Plans <br /> The Planning Team will conduct a preliminary field reconnaissance to review <br /> existing site conditions including: <br /> • Regional context—links to trails,parks, schools,shopping,etc. <br /> • Infrastructure issues - utilities and access <br /> • Drainage patterns to be preserved or improved <br /> • Relationship to adjacent properties and other special uses in the <br /> community <br /> • Overall character of the setting including topography/ special natural <br /> features,wind patterns,architectural style of areas <br /> • Visual Context-identify vantage points for discussion <br /> Subtask 1.3 -Web Page • Work with City Staff to refine procedures and format for web page in <br /> Format/Management City's website. <br /> • Provide web-ready materials before/after each community workshop. <br /> Provide monthly project status updates for inclusion on website. <br /> Subtask 1.4 -Community City Staff to develop a Public Participation Program that maximizes input <br /> Outreach Initiation/Task from community / stakeholders. <br /> Force Meeting#1 • Identify the Task Force meeting format (time,location, objectives, <br /> attendance,etc.) <br /> • Conduct initial meeting with Task Forces (#1) to review project <br /> objectives and background information. <br /> Subtask 1.5 - Base Planning Team will assemble existing information to prepare base maps <br /> Preparation suitable for planning purposes. <br /> Subtask 1.6 - Field Trip/ City Staff to conduct a field trip to the East Pleasanton study area. <br /> Task Force Meeting#2 <br /> Subtask 1.7 On-Going Prepare and maintain project contract list. <br /> Management <br /> Prepare agendas and summary notes from City staff,stakeholder, agency and <br /> community meetings. <br /> Direct efforts of Planning Team to maintain project schedule. <br /> Provide day-to-day coordination with City. <br /> PRODUCTS: <br /> Workplan and Schedule <br /> Meeting Agenda, Minutes and Memorandums <br /> GATES cai <br /> 'ASSOCIATES <br />
