o Community Workshop #2: Focus on special interests (i.e. sports groups, <br /> trails/open space, active adult community, youth community, etc.) and <br /> their experiences with the facilities in the City. <br /> o Community Workshop #3: Reflect the citizen input from the first two <br /> workshops, summarize the Master Plan process, arid seek public <br /> comment regarding consensus findings of the first two workshops <br /> regarding ranking and prioritization of needs. <br /> • City website: All meeting information and materials will be available "on-line" <br /> and City staff will encourage participants to provide the City with their e-mail <br /> addresses in order to keep them informed of the processes progress and <br /> upcoming meetings and events. <br /> Staff anticipates reporting back to the City Council in September or October with the <br /> recommendations for Committee membership. The first Committee meeting is <br /> anticipated in October 2012.
