BACKGROUND <br /> TVCTV is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from each <br /> member city. Until recently, the Board of Directors had members from the City Councils <br /> of Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton and San Ramon. In June, the TVCTV Board of <br /> Directors received correspondence from the City of San Ramon indicating that their <br /> adopted budget did not approve funding for TVCTV for FY2012/13.
