THE CITY OF f'\ n <br /> s; ° ° -- CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT L3 <br /> pLEASANTON. <br /> July 17, 2012 <br /> Community Development <br /> Planning Division <br /> TITLE: CONFIRM MEMBERS OF AN AD HOC EAST PLEASANTON SPECIFIC <br /> PLAN TASK FORCE <br /> SUMMARY <br /> On May 15, 2012, the City Council approved the formation of an eighteen member ad <br /> hoc East Pleasanton Specific Plan Task Force consisting of two Planning <br /> Commissioners, one Housing Commissioners, one Parks and Recreation Commissioner, <br /> two major property owners; one representative from Zone 7 Water Agency; six <br /> neighborhood representatives; and five at-large members. The City received 16 <br /> applications from the public by the deadline of Thursday, June 7, 2012. A subsequent <br /> notice was distributed for the Stoneridge Park neighborhood, with a deadline of June 28, <br /> 2012 to attract an applicant from this neighborhood. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends that the City Council confirm the following individuals to serve on the <br /> East Pleasanton Specific Plan task force: <br /> • Planning Commissioners (2) Jennifer Pearce, Kathy Narum <br /> • Housing Commissioners (1) John Casey, Alternate - Joseph Butler <br /> • Parks and Recreation Commissioner (1) Brad Hottle, Alternate - Jack Balch <br /> • Property owners (2) Pat Costanza representing Kiewit <br /> Steve Dunn representing Legacy <br /> Partners <br /> • Zone 7 Water Agency (1) Colleen Winey <br /> • Neighborhood Representatives (6) <br /> o Ironwood — Erin Kvistad <br /> o The Village at Ironwood — Robert Russman <br /> o Danbury Park — Nancy Allen <br /> o Stoneridge Park —TBD <br /> o Autumn Glen/Heritage Valley — Heidi Massie <br /> o Mohr/Martin — Kellene Cousins <br /> • At-large Representatives (5) <br /> o Mayor Jennifer Hosterman — Bob Shapiro <br /> o Vice Mayor Matt Sullivan — Mark Emerson <br /> o Councilmember Cheryl Cook-Kallio — Ken Mercer <br /> o Councilmember Cindy McGovern — Karla Brown <br /> o Councilmember Jerry Thorne — Brock Roby <br />
