EXHIBIT A <br /> 9) SFSF will facilitate collaboration with CoP staff by sharing design concepts as they are <br /> developed. <br /> 10)SFSF will provide build space at its scene shop for all scenic elements. <br /> 11)SFSF will coordinate with theater tech staff to deliver all design elements built off-site to the <br /> Amador and Firehouse Theaters at previously scheduled date and time to coincide with <br /> production schedule. <br /> 12)SFSF will conduct technical/dress rehearsals at theater, seeing production through opening <br /> night. <br /> 13)SFSF will conduct strike of all design elements, hauling away any elements (set pieces, props, <br /> costumes, etc.) used in these productions, and returning the rooms to their pre-show/rehearsal <br /> conditions (removal of spike tape, etc.) This shall be done in coordination with technical staff of <br /> theater. <br /> 14)SFSF shall be responsible for several educational and marketing deliverables, including <br /> graphic design of posters, postcards, business cards, and flyers (to be printed by Central <br /> Services), and electronic delivery of parent educator guide to facilitate audience interaction. <br /> SFSF shall also provide weekly parent e-newsletters to all cast member families. <br />
