Budget <br /> The project was authorized under the FY 2011-2012 Capital Improvement Program <br /> (CIP) budget for design and construction with an approved budget of $472,135. This <br /> funding includes Gas Tax, Measure B, General Fund and Prop 1B monies. There is <br /> another grant funding of $130,950 available from BTA, Bicycle Transportation Account, <br /> for installing Class II bike lanes along Hopyard Road between Owens Drive and Black <br /> Avenue.
