They shall be maintained by Pleasanton after acceptance. <br /> Location shall be fixed by mutual agreement of San Francisco <br /> and Pleasanton, as part of approval of any subdivision map filed <br /> by the developer. <br /> <br /> f. Streets. Streets shall be dedicated by San Francisco <br />and accepted by Pleasanton in fee or as rights of ways without <br />limit to term. Improvements shall be made to Pleasanton~s <br />specifications by the developer-tenant, and shall be maintained <br />by Pleasanton after acceptance. <br /> <br /> g. Freeway. Both cities shall cooperate in adjusting <br /> <br />development plans to conform with proposed SR lO7 , a part <br /> <br />of the Inter-State highway system running northwesterly and <br />southeasterly through said industrial park. In dealing with the <br />State Highway Commission, the Cities shall urge proposed route B <br /> <br /> , as shown on preliminary map of the Division of <br /> <br />Highways, entitled ~ ,~ <br /> <br />as the route most compatible to said industrial parka <br /> <br /> 2/. Spring Valley Water Company Agreement dated July 15 <br />1916. Both cities acknowledge that the 1916 Agreement which <br />historically adjusts the water rights in the Pleasanton area, is <br />~ burdensome under 1960 circumstances. Pleasanton <br />pledges itself to continue negotiations towards solving water <br />problems arising from the 1916 agreement in an equitable manner~ <br /> <br /> $. The City Council of Pleasanton does hereby instruct <br />its officers to forward copies of this resolution to the City and <br />County of San Francisco, its Board of Supervisors, Public <br />Utilities Commission, Water Department, City Attorney, and to <br />other interested parties. <br /> <br />-3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
