Zonin~ Said property shall be protected by the <br /> zoning ordinance of Pleasanton in the "I-P", Industrial Park <br /> District, as contained in draft of the proposed zoning ordinance <br /> dated February~th , 1960, presently before the City Council for <br /> public hearing.~ <br /> <br /> c. San Francisco has included <br />this property in its service area, as filed with the Department <br />of Water Resources, State of California, and shall make water <br />available from the Hetch Hetchy acqueduct near Sunol, California, <br />upon the users of the water arranging financing or agreeing to <br />a surcharge on water rates to pay for mains from Sunol to <br />Pleasanton. Any such supplying of Hetch Hetchy water shall be <br />according to the policy of t he San Francisco Water Department <br />then in effect, or more favorabl~ to aid San Francisco's indus- <br />trial tenants. <br /> <br /> d. Sewer. Pleasanton shall provide sewage treatment <br />facilities, ' ' <br /> <br />~ subject to monthly sewer service charges as fixed <br />by ordinance. <br /> <br /> e. Utilities, Easements~ ~ains.
