27. That there be a 360 degree ladder access to all buildings <br /> on the subject property in order to enhance fire fighting <br /> tactics unless this requirement is modified by the Fire <br /> Chief. <br /> <br />28. The Soils engineer acceptable to the City shall inspect <br /> the final grading and drainage control for each dwelling <br /> and provide a statement to the City indicating that <br /> final conditions are in accordance with his recom- <br /> mendations prior to release for occupancy of said <br /> dwelling- <br /> <br />34.
