41. That Farmers Insurance provide on-site private <br /> security guards. <br /> <br />42. That the 24" storm drain be extended from Foothill <br /> Road along Dublin Canyon Road to the extent required <br /> by final design and City review and approval. <br /> <br />44. That the site development plan include plan and <br /> profile for all public systems. <br /> <br />45. That upon consent of the City Council, the off- <br /> site street improvements should be constructed at <br /> one time under assessment district proceedings <br /> with participation from all benefitting commer- <br /> cial properties. <br /> <br />46. That the developer provide a bicycle lane to the site <br /> from-Foothill Road and provide a safe lockable bicycle <br /> storage area on the subject site. <br /> <br />50. That the work hours of the employees. in the building <br /> shall be staggered to the maximum extent possible <br /> in order to reduce traffic impacts on the area. <br /> <br />51. That prior to issuance-of a building permit, the <br /> developer shall prepare a noise traffic analysis to <br /> ensure that interior noise levels do not exceed 55 <br /> dBA given existing and projected 1-580 traffic during <br /> working hours. <br /> <br /> <br />
