11. That the developer shall make every 'effort not to <br /> excavate the toe of the slope of the ridge adjacent <br /> to the building on the southwest. <br /> <br />12. That the final landscape plan not show any species <br /> of Eucalyptus on that por-tion of the property near <br /> the ridge. <br /> <br />13. Tkat during excavation on the site, an archaeologist <br /> shall be kept on retainer by the developer and called <br /> in to analyze any ~rti£acts or archaeological evidence <br /> which may be unearthed during excavation- <br /> <br />14. That tke street number of the building be posted so <br /> as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br /> and night. <br /> <br />15. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br /> any other mechanical equipment, whether on the' structure, <br /> on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br /> from view with materials architecturally compatible <br /> with the main structure. <br /> <br /> 16. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br /> manner that noise emanating from it will n6t be per- <br /> ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br /> property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br /> 17. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br /> glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br /> rights-of-way- <br /> <br /> 18. That all trash and ~efuse be contained completely within <br /> enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br /> structure. <br /> <br /> 1~. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of <br /> 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br /> 5 gallons. <br /> <br /> 20. That if signing for the development is desired, a compre~ <br /> hensive signing program be submitted to the City for <br /> consideration under separate application. <br /> <br /> 21. That 6" vertical concrete curbs be installed between <br /> all paved and landscaped areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
