CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> PUD'81-2 <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br /> development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br /> Division. ' <br /> <br /> 2. That approval of this case does not constitute approval <br /> of the design of the branch claims office and that <br /> separate plans shal~ be submitted to the Design Review <br /> Board for approval prior to construction of that <br /> building- <br /> <br />3. That the color cf the Structure, including the two <br /> penthouses, shall be submitted to the Planning Division <br /> for approval and that the composition of the penthouses <br /> shall.be subject to the approval of the Planning Division. <br /> Said approvals are required prior to issuance of a .. <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> 4. That the applicant submit plans to. the Fire Department <br /> for the proposal under review. One set of plans <br /> shall be retained by the Fire Prevention Bureau <br /> for record purposes. <br /> <br /> 5. That the application as proposed will be subject <br /> to additional requirements under the City Fire Code. <br /> The applicant is requested to contact the Fire Pre- <br /> vention Bureau for more detailed information. <br /> <br /> 6. That a final landscape plan showing numbers, sizes <br /> and species of all plants shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division.prior to issuance of a building <br /> 'permit. <br /> <br /> 7- That the ba'ck up area between all 90 degree parking <br /> spaces shall'be 25 ft. <br /> <br /> 8. That because it may be visible from Highway 1-580, <br /> the design treatment of the roof shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Division for approval prior to . <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 9. That in reconstructing Dublin Canyon Road, access to the <br /> houses to the south of the subject prope-rty shall be <br /> maintained at all times. <br /> <br /> 10. That the developer shall design the project in a manner <br /> to minimize the amount of fill required on the property. <br /> <br /> <br />
