Fees for Services <br /> We estimate that EPS can complete Tasks 1 through 3 for a not-to-exceed budget <br /> amount of$49,100 (see Exhibit B). Given the amount of analytical complexity and <br /> uncertainty, EPS is available to work with the City staff to refine the fee estimate, <br /> depending on specific methodological needs. The budget estimate covers all costs <br /> associated with the work, materials, travel, and up to three meetings with the City staff <br /> or presentations of findings. Additional tasks or meetings requested by the client will be <br /> billed on a time-and-materials basis at our standard hourly rates. <br /> Charges for EPS time are based on the amount of time actually spent.
