HACIENDA GATEWAY PLAZA <br /> r,.. 4 <br /> 4a ff m <br /> The Hacienda Gateway Plaza is located between the center and eastern development parcels and <br /> includes the eastern leg of the Loop Drive, the Iron Horse Trail and various utility easements including <br /> the Kinder Morgan Pipeline. The Hacienda Gateway Plaza can be developed in a variety of ways but <br /> should be built with high quality materials, should be well maintained, include a variety of softscape and <br /> hardscape areas. The scenarios below represent two possible ways for the Gateway Plaza to be <br /> developed, one with the Shuttle and Taxi areas located along the Loop Drive and one with additional <br /> retail parking located on the south/west side of the street. In the second scenario, the Shuttle area <br /> would be shared with the Kiss and Ride area to the north.
