TO ADDRESS SHARED INTERCEPTORS AND ENFORCEMENT; AMEND <br /> CH. 18.08 ([ZONING] DEFINITIONS) AND CH. 18.110 (PERSONAL WIRELESS <br /> SERVICE FACILITIES) TO CLARIFY THAT LOCATIONAL STANDARDS FOR <br /> WIRELESS FACILITIES APPLY TO ANTENNAS AND NOT EQUIPMENT CABINETS; <br /> AMEND CH. 18.84 (SITE, YARD, BULK...) MEMORIALIZING HOW TO MEASURE <br /> HEIGHT FOR ACCESSORY STRUCTURES AND HOME SEPARATION <br /> REQUIREMENTS; AMEND CHAPTER 19.24 FINAL MAP TO REFLECT CURRENT <br /> STAFF TITLES <br /> WHEREAS, provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code have been found to be out-of- <br /> date with current City practices and changes in State law, or require amendment to correct <br /> errors or reflect current staff titles; and <br /> WHEREAS, this omnibus ordinance involves one action by the City Council to correct <br /> and bring up-to-date multiple provisions of the Municipal Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The Municipal Code is amended as follows: <br /> a. Amend Section 2.32.070 Organization, Subsection A as follows: <br /> 2.32.070 Organization. <br /> A. Commissioners shall meet in regular session and elect a chairperson and vice <br /> chairperson. The election shall be by a majority vote of the commission, to be held in December <br /> of each year. The term of service for these offices shall be one year, beginning in January of <br /> each year. No commissioner shall serve more than two consecutive full terms as chairperson or <br /> vice chairperson of the commission. <br /> B. The commission shall conduct its meetings and business in accordance with the <br /> Pleasanton city council's adopted "rules and operating procedures," as said rules and <br /> procedures are amended from time to time. <br /> C.
