EXHIBIT F <br /> Hearing for P11-0731 <br /> Fence between 3647 and 3633 Glacier Ct. North - Baker Talking Points <br /> Pretzel Demand To Reduce Fence Height <br /> 1. Prior, during and after construction there was no discussion or demand that the <br /> fence not be higher than a specific height. <br /> 2. A permit application was jointly submitted by me and Mr. Pretzel to the city on <br /> 8/31/11 for a fence higher than 6 feet. <br /> 3. On 10/04/11 the permit application for the fence between Mr. Deike and Mr. <br /> Pretzel was approved over the objections of Mr. Pretzel. <br /> 4. From 8/31 to 10/04 Mr. Pretzel did not come to me to discuss our new fence for <br /> any concerns he may have had. <br /> 5. There will be significant additional labor to reduce the height of the fence. <br /> 6. For security and privacy reasons I do not wish to reduce the height of the new <br /> fence. <br /> 7. Mr. Pretzel has previously allowed access to his backyard by his other next door <br /> neighbor who has peered over the top of our old fence to watch my family <br /> swimming in our pool and spa. <br /> 8. Mr. Pretzel has recently mounted a video camera on the rear of his house at the <br /> top of the wall that can observe my family in our back yard and using our pool and <br /> spa. The camera also has visibility into our master bedroom. <br /> 9. The camera was installed after the completion of the fence. <br /> 10.
