To support the required services, staff anticipates hiring one additional limited term half- <br /> time (20 hours per week) employee to provide routine and scheduled maintenance <br /> services. This employee would be supported by current City staff in unplanned or <br /> emergency scenarios. In addition to the limited term employee, staff anticipates entering <br /> into an as-needed contract with a private contractor for emergency repair services as a <br /> means of minimizing the impact to existing staff resources.
