That those remaining unavoidable significant <br /> adverse effects identified in that document have '- <br /> been found acceptable in that the environmental, <br /> social, and economic benefits of the proposed <br /> project as indicated in the EIR, staff reports, <br /> testimony at public hearings and Planning Commission <br /> recommendations outweigh the remaining unavoidable <br /> adverse impacts. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Approves the rezoning of 102+ acres on the northeast <br /> corner of Bernal Avenue and I-6g0, south of the Arroyo <br /> Del Valle to PUD (Industrial/Commercial and Offices). <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan, case PUD-80-2, on <br /> the above-described property subject to the conditions <br /> listed on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 4: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #222, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit C dated May 12, 1981, and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City ~ <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on May 12, 1981. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on May 26, 1981 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Counci~ers -Butler, Kepha~,Mohr, W~dandMayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None ENQ~~~RM/E~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/James R.
