2. That those remaining unavoidable significant adverse effects identified in that document have '- been found acceptable in that the environmental, social, and economic benefits of the proposed project as indicated in the EIR, staff reports, testimony at public hearings and Planning Commission recommendations outweigh the remaining unavoidable adverse impacts. Section 2: Approves the rezoning of 102+ acres on the northeast corner of Bernal Avenue and I-6g0, south of the Arroyo Del Valle to PUD (Industrial/Commercial and Offices). Section 3: Approves the development plan, case PUD-80-2, on the above-described property subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 4: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #222, attached hereto as Exhibit C dated May 12, 1981, and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City ~ of Pleasanton. Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
