IV. <br /> The references in Sections 13 . 108 , 13 . 109, 13 . 110 , 13 . 112 , <br /> 13 . 113 , 13 . 114 , 13 . 115, and 13 . 116, of Ordinance 520, to "Prelimi- <br /> nary Development Plan" are hereby deleted, and the phrase "Tentative <br /> Development Plan" is substituted therefor . <br /> V. <br /> Section 13 . 112 , of Article 13 , of Ordinance 520 , is hereby <br /> amended as follows : <br /> "Section 13 . 112 . City Planning Commission Action on Tentative <br /> Development Plan in Conformity with General <br /> Plan . <br /> Within 40 days after a tentative development plan is determined <br /> to be in conformity with the General Plan, the City Flanning <br /> Commission shall consider the development plan in detail with <br /> particular reference to the purposes prescribed in Section <br /> 13 . 100 , (Purposes ) , and shall recommend to the City Council <br /> that the plan and development schedule be approved as requested <br /> or in modified form, or that the application be denied. The <br /> Planning Commission shall, at the time the Tentative Develop- <br /> ment Plan is considered, consider the Tentative Subdivision <br /> Map , if any . " <br /> VI . <br /> Section 13 . 120, of Article 13 , of Ordinance 520 , is hereby <br /> amended as follows : <br /> "Section 13 . 120 City Council Action <br /> Except when a plan disapproved by the City Planning Commission <br /> is withdrawn by the applicant , the City Council shall hold a <br /> public hearing on the proposed amendment to the zoning map in <br /> accord with the provisions of Article 28 (Amendments ) . The <br /> hearing shall be set and notice given as prescribed in Section <br /> 1. 109, (Public Hearing Time and Notice) , and shall consider <br /> and approve or disapprove the Final Subdivision Nap , if any . " <br /> VII . <br /> Section 13 . 119, of Article 13 , of Ordinance 520 , is hereby <br /> amended as follows : <br /> "Section 13 . 119 . City Planning Commission Action. <br /> At the public hearing the City Planning Commission shall review <br /> the final development plan and shall receive pertinent evidence <br /> concerning the proposed zoning. At the same meeting, following <br /> the public hearing, the Commission shall consider all aspects <br /> of the final development plan subject to regulation by this <br /> ordinance including design review as prescribed in Article 18 , <br /> with the Commission sitting as the Board of Design Review. " <br /> VIII . <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES" , a news- <br /> paper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, <br /> -2- <br />
