Section 2 . 102 . Front Yards : Requirements and Exceptions <br /> (d) In order to avoid rigid and uniform alignment of <br /> multi-family dwellings, front yard setbacks in R-M <br /> Districts may be varied with the permission of the <br /> Planning Commission, and subject to Design Review <br /> as follows : <br /> Up to 50% of the lots in any block may be developed <br /> with a 15 foot , rather than 20 foot , front yard set- <br /> back where single story, multi-family dwellings are <br /> to be constructed, and up to 25% of the lots in any <br /> block may be developed with a 15 foot , rather than <br /> 20 foot , front yard setback where two story , multi- <br /> family dwellings are to be constructed; provided <br /> however, that although corner lots may be included <br /> for the purpose of computing the percentage of lots <br /> herein, they may not be built upon under the varied <br /> setback requirements provided for in this section. <br /> V. <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days <br /> after its adoption, in "THE TIMES" , a newspaper of general circu- <br /> lation published within the City of Pleasanton and shall become <br /> effective on the 31st day after adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on September 8 , 1969 . <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on September 15 , , 1969, by the following <br /> vote : <br /> AYES : Councilmen Beratlis , Rega, Reid and Vice-Mayor Spiliotopoulos <br /> NOES : None <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Gerton //,: [� ' <br /> abr <br /> ��w� "L <br /> GEORGE OS , Vice-Mayor <br /> ATTEST : <br /> HELEN C.
