The Commission discussed having agencies present back to them should the number of <br /> incidences or locations change for which funding has been allocated during the funding cycle, <br /> and it was suggested that this request be included within a motion. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McLane, seconded by Commissioner Molz, requesting <br /> that agencies be required to present back to the Commission should programs/projects or their <br /> locations change during the period for which funding has been allocated so these changes can <br /> be reviewed by the Commission.
