TO ADDRESS SHARED INTERCEPTORS AND ENFORCEMENT; <br /> AMEND CH. 18.08 ([ZONING] DEFINITIONS) AND CH. 18.110 (PERSONAL <br /> WIRELESS SERVICE FACILITIES) TO CLARIFY THAT LOCATIONAL <br /> STANDARDS FOR WIRELESS FACILITIES APPLY TO ANTENNAS AND NOT <br /> EQUIPMENT CABINETS; AMEND CH. 18.84 (SITE, YARD, BULK...) <br /> MEMORIALIZING HOW TO MEASURE HEIGHT FOR ACCESSORY <br /> STRUCTURES AND HOME SEPARATION REQUIREMENTS; AMEND <br /> CHAPTER 19.24 FINAL MAP TO REFLECT CURRENT STAFF TITLES <br /> WHEREAS, provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code have been found to be <br /> out-of-date with current City practices and changes in State law, or require amendment <br /> to correct errors or reflect current staff titles; and <br /> WHEREAS, this omnibus ordinance involves one action by the City Council to <br /> correct and bring up-to-date multiple provisions of the Municipal Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Municipal Code is amended as follows (with underline showing <br /> additions and strikethreugh showing deletions): <br /> a. Amend Section 2.32.070 Organization, Subsection A as follows: <br /> A. Commissioners shall meet in regular session and elect a chairperson and vice <br /> chairperson. The election shall be by a majority vote of the commission, to be held in December <br /> of each year. The term of service for these offices shall be one year, beginning in January of each <br /> year. No commissioner shall serve more than one-two consecutive full terms as chairperson or <br /> vice chairperson of the commission. ... <br /> b.
