The height of an <br /> accessory structure shall be measured from the lowest grade adjacent to the structure to the <br /> highest ridge or top of the structure. The height of a fence or a wall used as a fence shall be <br /> measured from the higher finished grade adjoining the fence or wall. The average height of a <br /> wall of a structure shall be deemed the height of the wall. <br /> I. Amend Chapter 19.24 Final Map as follows: <br /> Change all references to "Director of Housing and Community Development" to <br /> "Director of Community Development". <br /> Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be <br /> posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br /> adoption. <br /> Section 3.
