Leonardo & Son <br /> <br /> ~WHEi~EAS, F. J. Leonardo & Son has submitted a tentative map for <br />residential development within the City~ and said map has been duly considered <br />by the Planning Commission and this City Council: <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />resolve, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Tentative Map of Tract 1971, Exhibit "A" attached hereto~ <br />on file with the City Clerk, City of Pleasanton, is hereby accepted as <br />corrected in red by the City ~gineer and subject to conditions of paragraph <br />2. <br /> <br /> 2) The Subdivider shall comply with all the terms and conditions set <br />out in Exhibit "B~' attached hereto and made a part thereof. <br /> <br /> 3) That the City Clerk shall distribute copies of this resolution to <br />interested parties, including the subdivider. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED ~u~D ADOPTED: July 28, 1958 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk ~ the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />~yor of ~he ~it~ of ?leasanto~ <br /> <br /> <br />
