PUBLIC SAFETY ELEMENT Program 5.31: Require measures to mitigate potential geologic safety hazards during adverse conditions such as saturated soils and ground shaking, and during grading of the site for roads, installation of infrastructure, and creation of building pads. Mitigation measures identified by the site engineering studies shall be incorporated into the project design.
