• Written guarantee that program price as negotiated, including required <br /> services, may be one hundred percent (100%) covered by program energy and <br /> operational savings. <br /> If, upon finalizing its recommendations, Honeywell delivers a proposal that meets or exceeds <br /> the City's scope and financial requirements for a project that addresses energy efficiency, <br /> water conservation, revenue generation, operational and maintenance savings, the City <br /> intends to enter into an agreement with Honeywell. If Honeywell meets these requirements <br /> and the City decides not to enter an agreement, the City shall reimburse Honeywell for <br /> program development fees associated with the investment grade assessment, for an amount <br /> not-to-exceed $176,700. <br /> The project's final scope of work, to include all asset improvement measures, will be co- <br /> authored and agreed to by both Honeywell and the City.
