Proposed Projects <br /> The following is a list of City projects that could be evaluated by Honeywell through an <br /> investment grade audit for an energy performance contract: <br /> • HVAC upgrades and controls at appropriate City facilities <br /> • Lighting upgrades to City Facilities <br /> • Street, Park, and Parking lot lighting upgrades to LED or appropriate technology <br /> • Solar/ renewable energy upgrades at appropriate facilities <br /> • Retrofit of water meters to automated technology <br /> • Retrofit of City facilities with water conservation devices <br /> • Fleet replacement program <br /> • Upgrade of utility infrastructure pumps, control systems, to maximize energy <br /> efficiency <br /> This comprehensive list of projects will position the City to reduce operating costs long <br /> term and to reduce green house gases in compliance with our Climate action plan goals. <br /> Proposed Schedule <br /> The following is the proposed schedule for Honeywell to undertake the investment grade <br /> audit on the selected City projects: <br /> March 2012 Begin investment-grade audit <br /> April 2012 Workshop to review/select final measures to be implemented <br /> May 2012 Present plan to City Council (measures, savings/revenue, financing) <br /> June 2012 Begin implementation of selected measures <br /> Sub eeby: / Reviewed by: Approvedd^by:/ <br /> �� <br /> Daniel Sr ith Emily Wagner Nelson Fialho <br /> Director Operations Services Finance Director City Manager <br /> Attachment: <br /> 1.
