Arts Council's for the Farmers Market Art Encounter program, with an understanding that any <br /> funds not spent during the fiscal year be rolled over to the following year. Should the City <br /> Council not approve this recommendation, the Commission recommends that all of the $4,000 <br /> be rolled over to the following years grant cycle. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners Hess, McLane, and Molz. <br /> NOES: Commissioners De Baca Martens, Rivera, Nealy, and Chairperson Loll. <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner Seebach <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> The motion failed. <br /> Commissioners Nealy and De Baca Martens felt the motion should have been for the <br /> requested amount only with remaining funds being rolled over the following grant cycle. <br /> A motion was then made by Commissioner Nealy, seconded by Commissioner McLane, <br /> recommending the allocation of funding in the amount of $2,740 for the Pleasanton Cultural <br /> Arts Council's Farmer's Market Art Encounter program, with a total of $1,260 remaining funds <br /> being rolled over to the next funding cycle. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners McLane, Molz, Rivera, and Chairperson Loll. <br /> NOES: Commissioners Hess and De Baca Martens. <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner Seebach <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> Civic Arts Commission <br /> February 6, 2012 <br /> Page 7 <br />
