Detailed summary of all extraordinary maintenance costs. <br /> 3. Detailed summary of all labor charges resulting from extraordinary maintenance <br /> costs. <br /> 4. The Contractor as required at no additional cost shall provide ad hoc reports. <br /> III. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> COUNTY CONTACTS <br /> GSA—Purchasing is managing the competitive process for this project on behalf of the <br /> County. All contact during the competitive process is to be through the GSA—Purchasing <br /> Department only. <br /> The evaluation phase of the Competitive process shall begin upon receipt of sealed bids <br /> until a contract has been awarded. Bidders shall not contact or lobby evaluators during <br /> the evaluation process.
