All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: C0~ENCING at the intersection of the westerly line of that certain 100 acre parcel of land conveyed by Juan~ H. Nevis to Kate Salisbury by deed dated October 5, 1888 and recorded October 8, 1888 in Book 354 of Deeds, at page 358 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California with the northerly line of County Road No. 2000, commonly known as Bernal Avenue, said point being also an angle point in the boundary of the City of Pleasanton, and running thence along said northerly line of County Road No. 2000, West 1672.89 feet to an intersection thereof with the westerly line of that certain 53.193 acre parcel of land conveyed by Robert H. Dana, and Sarah E. De,ua, his wife, to the County of Alameda by deed dated June 24, 1949 and recorded June 28, 19~9 in Book 5830 of Official Records at page 292 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence along the westerly line of said 53.193 acre parcel North 1186.90 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly corner of that certain 5.275 acre parcel of land conveyed by the City and County of San Francisco, a Municipal Corporation, to Robert H. Dana, and Sarah E. Dana, his wife, by deed dated August 25, 1939 and recorded in Book 3778 of Official Records at page 434 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence continuing along said westerly line of said 53.193 acre parcel North 0° 07' 30" East 200.00 feet to the northwesterly corner thereof; thence along the northerly line of said 53.193 acre parcel South 89° 52' 30" East 1672.03 feet to an intersection thereof with the westerly line of the aforsaid 100 acre parcel conveyed to Kate Salisbury, said westerly line being also the westerly boundary of the City of Pleasanton; thence along said westerly boundary of the City of Pleasanton South 1383.34 feet to the point of conm~encement.
