North. I found that you had reinforced the damaged section of fence that was <br /> the subject of my letters dated February 16th and February 28th bringing that section into <br /> compliance. Unfortunately, another section of the fence was leaning over which created <br /> a large gap. <br /> Please immediately repair this section of fence and any other weak sections so as to <br /> maintain an appropriate pool barrier. I understand you and your neighbor have disagreed <br /> in the past regarding the replacement of this fence. In an ideal world, neighbors could <br /> work out their differences, but I understand that may not be possible in this case. This <br /> fence is in such poor condition, some significant action needs to be taken by you to <br /> secure your pool. Whether you replace the property line fence, install an additional back <br /> yard fence, or install a fence around your pool, a sound fence is needed.
