One of the sections of the fence had separated
from the post, leaving your backyard swimming pool unsecured. City and state codes
require pools to be fenced in such a manner that there are no opening larger than four
inches.
On February 16, 2010, I mailed you a letter requiring the pool be secured immediately.
As of today, that has not occurred. This is a final warning.
Please immediately secure your yard by repairing your rear fence or erect an
appropriate pool barrier around the pool itself. Failure to comply will result in
administrative fines of between $100 and $750.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (925) 931-5620 or send me
an email at wwickboldt(dd,ci.pleasanton.ca.us
Sincerely,
Walter Wickboldt
Senior Code Enforcement Officer
Planning Division
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT P.
