THE CITY OF 5 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pL£ASANTONe <br /> February 21, 2012 <br /> Community Development <br /> Engineering Division <br /> TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION GRANTING MAINTENANCE AND ACCESS <br /> EASEMENTS TO ZONE 7, AND ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT <br /> FROM ZONE 7 FOR THE STONERIDGE DRIVE BRIDGE AT THE ARROYO <br /> MOCHO CHANNEL <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Alameda County Surplus Property Authority (ACSPA), in conjunction with the <br /> development of Staples Ranch, will be constructing a bridge (which will be constructed <br /> as two separate bridge structures) over the Arroyo Mocho to extend Stoneridge Drive <br /> into the Staples Ranch development. To facilitate this activity, Zone 7 will be granting <br /> the City an easement to construct and maintain the bridge and the City will be granting <br /> Zone 7 access /maintenance easements to the Arroyo Mocho access ramps. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the attached Resolution Granting Maintenance and Access Easements to Zone 7 <br /> and Accepting a Grant of Easement from Zone 7 for the Stoneridge Drive Bridge at the <br /> Arroyo Mocho Channel (Attachment A). <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be no increase in the operating budget resulting from approval of these Zone <br /> 7 easements. <br />
