Commissioner Pearce proposed that Condition No. 4 be modified to limit <br />construction work to Monday through Friday only, instead of Monday through <br />Saturday, as this is a residential area. <br /> <br /> Commissioners Blank and Pentin accepted the amendment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce indicated that she would support the motion. She noted that the <br />Commission is honoring the property rights but trying to mitigate the impact to the <br />neighbors. Zoning for the property is PUD- <br />MU (Planned Unit Development-Mixed Use) District. <br /> <br />PUD-81-30-86D, BRE Properties, Inc. <br />Work session to review and receive comments on an application for a <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) Development Plan to construct a high- <br />density residential development containing 247 residential units and <br />four live/work units at the property located at the northern corner of <br />Gibraltar Drive and Hacienda Drive.
