Section 3. For the purposes of this ordinance the following defini- <br /> tions shall apply: <br /> <br /> Community Apartment Project. A project in which an <br /> undivided interest in the land is coupled with the right <br /> of exclusive occupancy of any apartment located thereon. <br /> For the purposes of this ordinance community apartment <br /> projects will be subject to the same restrictions and <br /> conditions as condominium projects. <br /> <br /> Condominium. An estate in real property consisting of <br /> an undivided interest in common in a portion of parcel <br /> of real property together with a separate interest in <br /> space in a residential, industrial or commercial building <br /> on such real property, such as a residence, apartment, <br /> apartment house, office or offices, store or stores. A <br /> condominium may include in addition a separate interest <br /> in other portions of such real property. <br /> <br /> Condonimium Project. The entire parcel of real property <br /> divided, or to be divided into condominiums, including all <br /> structures thereon. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIES", a newspaper <br /> of general circulation, published and circulated in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND ADOPTED as an emergency ordinance at a regular <br /> meeting of the City Council on December 23, 1980.
