At the time this <br /> report was prepared staff has not received any additional comments or concerns. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> The construction of the new home and variance requestsare categorically exempt from <br /> environmental review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, <br /> Section 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures, Class 3 and Section <br /> 15305, Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations, Class 5. Therefore, no environmental <br /> documents accompany this report. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Staff has worked with the applicants in an attempt to achieve a proposal that meets the <br /> applicants' objectives while maintaining consistency with City policies for development in <br /> the downtown.
