47. The building covered by this approval shall be equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler system shall be <br /> submitted to the Pleasanton Building and Safety Division for review and approval prior to <br /> installation. The fire alarm system, including water flow and valve tamper, shall have <br /> plans and specifications submitted to Fire Prevention for review and approval prior to <br /> installation. All required inspections and witnessing of tests shall be completed prior to <br /> final inspection and occupancy of the building. <br /> 48. Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire <br /> protection facilities, including, but not limited to a water supply and water flow in <br /> conformance to the City's Fire Department Standards able to suppress a major fire. <br /> 49. The home shall be constructed with Class A fire retardant roofing material to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Marshal. <br /> 50. The house shall meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 of <br /> the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> 51. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible <br /> from the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> Standard Conditions — Fire Department <br /> 52. The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber <br /> construction until the final inspection. <br /> Code Conditions — Fire Department <br /> (Applicants/Developers are responsible for complying with all applicable Federal, State <br /> and City codes and regulations regardless of whether or not the requirements are part <br /> of this list. The following items are provided for the purpose of highlighting key <br /> requirements.) <br /> 53. All construction shall conform to the requirements of the California Fire Code currently in <br /> effect, City of Pleasanton Building and Safety Division and City of Pleasanton Ordinance <br /> 2015. All required permits shall be obtained. <br /> 54. Portable fire extinguisher(s) shall be provided and installed in accordance with the <br /> California Fire Code currently in effect and Fire Code Standard #10-1. Minimum <br /> approved size for all portable fire extinguishers shall be 2A 10B:C. <br /> 55.
