a. Emergency vehicle access will be required to be provided to the site (tract), including the <br /> area where construction is occurring. <br /> b. Emergency vehicle access shall be a minimum of 20 feet in clear width. A clear height free <br /> of obstructions (power, cable, telephone lines, tree limbs, etc.) is required. This clearance <br /> shall be a minimum of 13 feet-6 inches. Inside turning radius of 45 feet and outside turning <br /> radius of 55 feet shall be provided. <br /> c. The carrying capacity of the access route(s) shall be 69,000 pounds under all weather <br /> conditions. <br /> d. Designated construction material storage and construction worker parking shall not obstruct <br /> the emergency vehicle access route(s). <br /> CODE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Planning <br /> (Applicants/Developers are responsible for complying with all applicable Federal, State and City codes <br /> and regulations regardless of whether or not the requirements are part of this list. The following items are <br /> provided for the purpose of highlighting key requirements.) <br /> 120. The project shall meet all requirements of the City's Growth Management Program, as <br /> determined by the Director of Community Development. <br /> CODE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Building <br /> (Applicants/Developers are responsible for complying with all applicable Federal, State and City codes <br /> and regulations regardless of whether or not the requirements are part of this list. The following items are <br /> provided for the purpose of highlighting key requirements.) <br /> 121. The project developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br /> all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> 122. The building covered by this approval shall be designed and constructed to meet Title 24 state <br /> energy requirements. <br /> 123. All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect before the <br /> Building Division will issue permits. <br /> CODE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Fire <br /> (Applicants/Developers are responsible for complying with all applicable Federal, State and City codes <br /> and regulations regardless of whether or not the requirements are part of this list. The following items are <br /> provided for the purpose of highlighting key requirements.) <br /> 124. All construction shall conform to the requirements of the California Fire Code currently in effect, <br /> and City of Pleasanton Ordinance 2015. All required permits shall be obtained. <br /> 125. Underground fire mains, fire hydrants, and control valves shall be installed in conformance with <br /> the most recently adopted edition of NFPA Pamphlet 24, "Outside Protection." <br /> • The underground pipeline contractor shall submit a minimum of three (3) sets of installation <br /> drawings to the Fire Department, Fire Prevention Bureau. The plans shall have the <br /> contractor's wet stamp indicating the California contractor license type, license number and <br /> Page 19 <br />
