97. That the developer be responsible for the installa- <br /> tion of the street lighting system within the <br /> development. The street lights shall be a minimum <br /> of 70 watt, high pressure sodium vapor units mounted <br /> on'galvanized steel poles with poured in place bases, <br /> on the LS-1C schedule per City requirements and <br /> P.G.andE. standard details unless otherwise speci- <br /> fically approved by the City Engineer. Approval <br /> for the number, location, and type of electroliers <br /> shall be withheld pending final design and review <br /> by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 98. That the developer submit a refundable cash bond <br /> for hazard control prior to approval of the final <br /> map. The amount of this bond will be determined by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 99. That the developer submit detailed landscape and <br /> irrigation plans as part of the improvement plans. <br /> These plans should include a street tree planting <br /> plan; landscape plans for medians, buffer strips, <br /> and any right-of-way landscape areas. The irri- <br /> gation system shall include automatic controls. <br /> <br />100. That prior to construction, the two archaeological <br /> sites identified in the archaeological studies per- <br /> formed for this project by Holman and Associates <br /> shall be evaluated by a qualified archaeologist as to <br /> their extent and location for historical reference. <br /> A qualified archaeologist shall be made available on-site <br /> during construction activities within the area of these <br /> historical sites. In the event that human remains <br /> and artifacts are encountered prior to or during con- <br /> struction activities, such activities are to be halted <br /> until an evaluation and removal to alternate sites <br /> can be completed or some other method of protecting <br /> these materials (acceptable to a qualified archaeolo- <br /> gist) can be accomplished. <br /> <br />101. That, where construction for access roads, service <br /> trenches, and other similar functions must be made. <br /> over the historical sites, there be applied to such <br /> locations, to the extent possible, a layer of fill <br /> material to allow such construction to occur without <br /> having to cut into the layer of archaeological deposits. <br /> <br />102. That, where possible, arrangements shall be made with <br /> appropriate local agencies or organizations for the <br /> deposition and evaluation of recovered artifacts. <br /> Developer shall work with City to determine disposition <br /> of materials. <br /> <br /> 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
